With increasing demand for eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based transportation fuels, algae cultivation is coming to stay to produce bio-diesel. Algae will be researched and developed as a source of alternative energy. Algae can produce 30 times more oil per acre, compared to the current crops now utilized for bio-fuels production. Algae bio-fuel is eco-friendly also in the sense that it contains no sulfur. It is non-toxic and highly biodegradable.

Planning to bank on this source of energy production, PetroSun Drilling Inc. recently formed Algae BioFuels Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary. The Algae BioFuels will be engaged in the research and development of algae cultivation.

Its really a great advantage in using algae, than crops (like corn) in producing biofuels. Because crops must be consumed as human food not energy. Algae biodiesel may presumably promise that its output fuel will bring equal care for our Ford Pickup Parts compared to petroleum fuels.
