AMD debuts energy-efficient processors

AMD(Advanced Micro Devices Inc.) a Sunnyvale, California based firm has come out with many 45-watt energy saving, desktop processors. These have been designed to bring down power consumption and deliver greater performance-per-watt.

Few of these have also been touted to help system builders and OEMs, exceed new system requirement. Also these have been said to improve multi-tasking performance and many of the single-core processors provide multi performance to meet different needs of the consumers. These energy-efficient processors also help in reducing the energy PCs consume.
