Brad Pitt influences Audi to launch ultra low-emission car
Seema | Dec 18 2007

Brad Pitt is well known for his work with Global Green and he is wholeheartedly working on it. When German carmaker Audi offered him a car with a driver for the L.A. premier of Ocean 13, he asked him of a hybrid and it is felt that influenced by this they are going to make low-emission vehicles. There is a great demand for low emission cars in Europe and it will be a good market for the Audi cars too. An ultra low emission diesel car, Audi Q7 V6 3.0 TDI, is going to be launched by late 2008.

Currently Brad is working on his ‘Make it Right’ campaign where he is building eco-friendly homes in New Orleans 9th ward. These houses are made for the families displaced by Hurricane Katrina and will cost $150,000 each to build and so Pitt is raising money for the project. Pitt even jokingly told a Newsweek reporter that he would do a nude calender to raise money for this project. Pitt is really working hard over this project and he will definitely not have to do any odd thing for the sake of charity.

I already heard this news from my dealer of car covers. I guess it’s about time for Brad Pitt to use his appealing influence to come up with something different & something good.
