Here is a cultured diamond that uses the hair on your head! A company in Russia called New Age Diamonds is offering to go market with this innovation.



They combine a handful of your hair (approx 1 gram’s worth) with carbon and run it through their HPHT (high pressure, high temperature) machine. And the result — a real, actual, diamond, made from your DNA! The fact is that they don’t offer clear diamonds, but only yellow, green, and red ones.



Not only human hair, this company also does diamonds made from dog hair, and cremated ashes! But, could its market create a consumer craze?
