Marine craft is powered by renewable solar energy.

Solarcraft 18C is the new buzz in the recreational world. As the name suggests, it runs on renewable energy harnessed from sun. That means lots of fun without any emissions. The craft is powered by 3HP Lenco electric motors. It can either be controlled by a joystick or an optional remote control. In addition to the 2-90 watt solar panels, batteries can be charged by an AC110 power source.

Solar panels are installed on the top of the craft on an arch-styled roof. Other than this, the craft includes LED navigation and courtesy lights, stainless steel cleats, bow mounted ladder and playpen cover. You can also enjoy your favorite music with the Jesen waterproof stereo with iPod and MP3 jacks. Considering the load it carries, water and wind conditions, the craft can attain a maximum speed ranging between 4.2-4.8. Further, the craft will not need high-cost maintenance. If you ever make your mind to own one, then it will be available for a price of $19,650.
