Eco Factor: Zero-emission concept motorcycle powered by electricity.
The use of electric engines not only allows designers to think of vehicles that don’t pollute, but also encourages them to experiment with new materials that weren’t easily integrated in conventionally-powered vehicles.
The Voltra by industrial designer Dan Anderson is one such machine that integrates a non-polluting engine and new materials to better suit the requirements of fashion-conscious consumers. The all-electric motorcycle is the result of broad research of the history of motorcycling and technology, as well as culture and society.
The designer doesn’t state the estimated performance figures or the battery technology the Voltra will be made from, but considering the thorough analysis and the research involved, we’re expecting some decent figures.
