With the way things are heading, it is very simple to predict that food wastage is going to be a huge problem in the near future. Sang Hoon Lee’s newest launch, called the “Green Cycler,” may at least rid us from some of the problems, if not all. The mechanism is extremely simple; as the picture indicates all you’ve got to do is add waste food to the plant for the system to start working.

Once this is done, like we all know the food starts decomposing and becomes a fertilizer for the plant. But apart from that the air and the water absorption helps eliminate the odor. Eventually one can notice the growth in the plant because of the nutrients supplied to it, and when the light reaches the bottom the vegetable is ready for consumption. The Green Cycler is truly simple and functional.
