Running around switching off lights to save energy has given away to a smart wireless sensors that does this task for you. In our run towards going green inside out, we have one more product hitting the markets, a new solar-powered occupancy sensor, Sensolux.

Launched by Ivery Egg at ECO Build, UK, this EnOcean product, seems to be opening a new chapter in the world of motion and occupancy detection devices. EnOcean products have been creating quite a rage at the show by winning an award for wireless sensors and green initiatives.

Lighting control becomes fun with the Sensolux that works solely powered with solar energy. It has been designed to exhibit a superb combination of a 360 degree occupancy detector and a 0-512Lux integrated light sensor. Once charged completely with 50Lux for almost three hours in day light, Sensolux can run up to 48 hours, and is smart enough to detect its own energy level as well.

It works equally well with a network like LON and KNX/EIB or while working all by itself. In its effort to revolutionize the home front, EnOcean has launched several other products including EasyClick Timer that has 5 modes to be set on different situations like Party, Holiday etc.

Easy to install and operate, these products work in a harmony in a home environment with efficiency ensuring energy preservation along with security at the finger tip.
